Estate Planning

Phoenix Estate Planning Lawyer

Clients often face important planning issues which relate to the preservation of the wealth which they have created for their families. We provide consultation in the areas of estate planning, asset management, asset protection and probate. Our goal is to integrate estate planning into a client's overall personal and business planning. We take into consideration the client's personal objectives and special assets such as closely-held businesses, partnerships, limited liability companies, real estate, life insurance and retirement benefits.

Oftentimes the least expensive and best estate planning approach is to utilize the Living Trust package. A Living Trust package is a series of documents including a Living Revocable Trust, a Pour-over Will, a Durable Power of Attorney, a Medical Power of Attorney, a Mental Health Power of Attorney and a Living Will. Each of these documents has a specific purpose.

Among the advantages of a Living Trust is that it facilitates the transfer of property without the need for probate and generally results in reduced attorney's fees and other costs. There can also be estate tax advantages resulting from Living Trusts. Often times Living Trusts also make provisions for the care of disabled Trustors and allow the distribution of property to the younger members of your family as well as the guardians of your children in the most efficient, economical and prudent manner.

Our fees in estate planning/asset protection matters are reasonable and affordable. We do accept credit cards.
